What are the 2013 income requirements for the knowledge migrant visa?

I am a highly skilled contractor from India and plan to start contracting in The Netherlands in June 2013. What are the 2013 income requirements for the knowledge migrant visa?

The 2013 minimum income requirements for the knowledge migrant visa are as follows:

  • Highly skilled graduates who obtained their diploma in The Netherlands €27,336 (increased from €26,931);
  • Highly skilled migrants younger than 30 years of age €38,141 (increased from €37,575);
  • Highly skilled migrants 30 years of age or older €52,010 (increased from €51,239);
  • Holder of the EU Blue Card €60,952.

These salary levels can be inclusive of the 8% holiday allowance. There is no required salary level for scientific researchers or medical doctors training to be specialists.
