Statutory minimum wage as of 1 January 2015

On December 8, 2014 by Dutch Umbrella Company

Each year on 1 January and 1 July the minimum wage is adjusted. In July the minimum wage was raised by 0.65%. As of 1 January 2015, you will have to pay your fulltime employees from the age of 23 at least €1,501.80 gross per month. This means the minimum wage increases 0.44% compared to the current minimum wage.

As a legal employer WePayPeople is obliged to implement this raise for all employees subject to this scheme. WePayPeople has a NEN-certification. Part of this certification is correct payment. This is checked by the Labour Standards Association. For both our customers and the employees this implies an important change. This is why we inform our customers and employees.
